C'est mieux d'utiliser un autre logiciel que windows pour défragmenter ? Tous les combien il faut le faire ?

En général quand ton disque commence à être lent. Le logiciel doit t'indiquer si la défragmentation est nécessaire ou non.

Non, il ne m'a jamais rien dit! Je la faisais de moi-même.

Je me suis mal expliqué.

Il faut d'abord lancer l'analyse du disque. En fonction du résultat il recommande ou non de lancer la défragmentation.

Tu peux ajouter Contig si tu veux mais comme c'est de la ligne de commande, il faut peut-etre mieux y ajouter Power Defragmenter GUI qui est une interface graphique pour Contig ...
