j'ai un gros soucis avec outlook, en envoyant des fichier de plus de 1 Mb il me renvoi ce message d'erreur.
j'ai contacté mon fournisseur internet , qui m'a précisé que je peut envoyer jusqu'à 10 MB de données.
donc INCOMPReHENSION !!!!!!!!!
en décodant le message avec mon anglais scolaire, j'ai cru comprendre qu'il faut zipper les pieces jointes, ce que j'ai fait mais il me l'envoi en les découpants (100 messages environt) et SURPRISE, dans ma boite MAIL j'ai 100 messages d'erreur !!!!!!!!
C'EST BEAU L'informatique, est-ce qu'il faut configurer correctement outlook. ou tout simplement changé d' ENVOYEUR.
